Go In on a Cow
Here's the idea: instead of buying beef at the grocery store with no idea where it came from, you go in on a whole cow with other families. You get a share of quality, locally-raised Black Angus beef — cut, wrapped, and ready for your freezer.
We raise the cattle on our 400+ acre Virginia farm in the Blue Ridge Mountains. You know exactly where your beef comes from, how it was raised, and who raised it.
How It Works
Fill out the interest form below. We'll know you're interested and can reach out when we're ready to move forward with the next round.
Once we have enough interest to fill a whole cow (typically 4 shares for a quarter each, or 2 shares for a half), we coordinate timing and processing.
The cow goes to a USDA-inspected processor. You tell us your cut preferences, and we arrange pickup in either Galax, VA or Charlotte, NC.
